Service Owner – SC CLEARED - OUTSIDE IR35 – HIRING ASAP Start date: ASAPDuration: 6-12 MonthsLocation: 2 days per month in Portsmouth rest of the month working from homeRate: £500 per day OUTSIDE IR35 SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED Summary: The Service Owner roll is responsible for the overall quality and lifecycle management of a defined portfolio of services. This includes ensuring the right people, processes, and tools are in place to support these services from their initial launch through ongoing improvement and eventual retirement. The role will take a holistic view of the clients’ service portfolio, overseeing multiple products and channels within each service. While the role won't be involved in daily operational tasks, it will play a crucial role in defining, monitoring, and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service excellence.Skills:

- Good experience and knowledge in the following:
- Technology obsolesces and application.
- decommissioning
- Experience of working within the MOD
- Experience of working within the Royal Navy

- Experience of using Jira for Project Delivery
