About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of growing our business. Sitting within a fast-moving, high-performing sales engine, you will work with high-quality marketing leads, and referrals. This fast-paced role allows you to directly see the impact of your efforts through revenue growth and check volumes. You will thrive in an environment where ambition, initiative, and results are rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities by effectively qualifying and supporting enquiries across multiple sectors, building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Manage and grow client accounts, cross-selling TrustID products while ensuring seamless onboarding, activation, and adoption to maximise check volumes and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct compelling virtual and face-to-face demonstrations, tailored to client needs, highlighting the value and impact of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets and contributing to overall business growth.
  • Follow up on marketing leads to maintain a high-value sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-ups, and detailed reporting of all opportunities.
  • Engage with warm and cool leads, nurturing relationships and moving them efficiently through the sales process.
  • Effectively manage time and priorities, balancing client meetings, prospecting, and internal reporting to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, competitors, and industry trends, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and insights.
  • Adhere to organisational processes and quality standards, delivering a consistently exceptional experience to clients.

Person Specification

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong desire and ability to sell, with resilience and self-motivation.
  • Experience using a CRM system effectively to manage leads, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
  • Confident in operating and maintaining digital and manual systems.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Objection handling and negotiation capabilities.
  • Accurate and meticulous data capture.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
