Our client is a growing organisation specialising in workplace wellbeing solutions, supporting employers to improve employee engagement, mental health, and overall organisational performance.

They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to focus purely on selling wellbeing solutions into organisations across the UK. This is a highly consultative role where you will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their challenges and position tailored wellbeing programmes that deliver real impact.

πŸ’₯ As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Identify and win new business opportunities within workplace wellbeing and employee engagement
  • Build relationships with HR, People and senior leadership teams
  • Deliver consultative sales conversations around wellbeing strategy and culture change
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
  • Represent the organisation at events, webinars and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management through CRM systems

  • Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role
  • Experience selling wellbeing, mental health or employee engagement solutions
  • Strong track record of winning new business and hitting revenue targets
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self motivated and comfortable working remotely
