Our client is a growing organisation specialising in workplace wellbeing solutions, supporting employers to improve employee engagement, mental health, and overall organisational performance.
They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to focus purely on selling wellbeing solutions into organisations across the UK. This is a highly consultative role where you will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their challenges and position tailored wellbeing programmes that deliver real impact.
💥 As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Identify and win new business opportunities within workplace wellbeing and employee engagement
- Build relationships with HR, People and senior leadership teams
- Deliver consultative sales conversations around wellbeing strategy and culture change
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
- Represent the organisation at events, webinars and client meetings
- Maintain accurate pipeline management through CRM systems
💥 What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role
- Experience selling wellbeing, mental health or employee engagement solutions
- Strong track record of winning new business and hitting revenue targets
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self motivated and comfortable working remotely
