Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting net new customers across the UK and European markets. This is a full-cycle role where you’ll manage your own pipeline, from initial outreach to close, with the support of an experienced team behind you.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound outreach, warm leads, and inbound enquiries.
- Own the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to recommend tailored Microsoft solutions (including Microsoft 365, Azure, and licensing).
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Support, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay current on Microsoft products, licensing models, and emerging technologies.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to establish trust and unlock future opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):
- 1–3+ years of sales experience within the B2B technology, SaaS, or IT services realm.
- Confidence in handling outbound activity and managing a pipeline independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capabilities of holding strategic conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the desire to learn and grow quickly.
- Experience with Microsoft licensing, Azure, or cloud solutions is a plus (but not required; we’ll train the right person).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Type: Onsite Role, Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Location: 3 New St Square, London EC4A 3BF
