The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive net-new growth within the NHS, working in close partnership with a Client Director in a highly collaborative selling model.

You’ll play a key role in expanding Trustmarque’s footprint by introducing new technologies, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to strategic account growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive net-new sales opportunities across a defined NHS account patch
  • Work towards a shared quota alongside the Client Director, with joint ownership of outcomes
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Identify and engage new stakeholders and buying centres within NHS organisations
  • Introduce innovative technology solutions and services to existing customers
  • Collaborate on account planning, pipeline reviews, and growth strategies
  • Contribute to the successful conversion of opportunities into revenue

How You’ll Be Measured

Your success will be aligned to clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), including:

  • Creation of net-new pipeline
  • Conversion of new business opportunities
  • Expansion into new technologies and customer stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the public sector or healthcare (NHS experience desirable)
  • A track record of building new business pipelines and closing opportunities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative mindset with a drive to succeed in a team-based sales environment
  • Passion for technology and its role in transforming healthcare
