Head of HR
Head of HR - Up to £115,000p/a - Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading technology business looking for an experienced Head of HR to help shape and drive a high performing People function. This is a senior leadership role requiring someone who has operated in a complex, data-driven, tech-focused environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR Business Partner and HR Operations teams across the UK (and support international teams where required)
- Partner with the Chief People Officer to deliver the HR and People strategy
- Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and people performance
- Oversee HR operations to ensure consistent, high quality employee experience
- Support and lead integration of acquired businesses
- Manage TUPE processes and ensure compliance across all change programmes
- Oversee and implement international working practices
- Use data and insight to drive decision making and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Experience operating at Head of HR level
- Technology sector or tech enabled business experience is essential
- Proven experience leading large HR teams in businesses of 1,000+ employees
- Strong background in HR transformation, change management and organisational development
- Track record of managing TUPE and M&A integration
- Highly data-driven approach with the ability to translate insight into action
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven and acquisitive environment
- Experience supporting or working with international teams (desirable)
