Content Designer

We are looking for an experienced content designer to join our team on a contract basis to provide maternity leave cover. You will work as an embedded content design resource within a cross-functional product team, partnering closely with product managers, product designers, engineers, data scientists, and UX researchers.

In this role, you will:

• Craft clear, user-centred content across product surfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and deliver product experiences
• Contribute to content standards and ensure consistency across the product area
• Participate in design reviews and provide content expertise to the wider team
• Help maintain documentation and content guidelines
• Experience using AI tools or technical expertise is a plus
• You will bring strong content design craft, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
