We're working with a local government organisation to recruit a Performance & Reporting Manager a key role in supporting the delivery of vital environmental programmes across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and maintaining dashboards to monitor programme and project performance
• Supporting project managers in tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions
• Producing clear, concise reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Driving process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in reporting
• Supporting risk and issue management to keep projects on track
• Acting as a champion for performance monitoring and best practice

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in data analysis, reporting, or performance management
• Skilled in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python
• Ability to present complex data in a clear, engaging way
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-focused, and adaptable - someone who enjoys problem solving
• A degree in business analytics, data science, information management (or equivalent experience)
• Professional certifications (PRINCE2, APM, PMP etc.) and experience in environmental or public sector programmes would be a bonus - but not essential!
