Full Stack Engineer

Join an exciting project to develop an online yacht marketplace, modeled after leading automotive trading platforms. The initial focus is on building a robust MVP that enables users to list, search, and manage yacht listings efficiently. The role requires expertise in both web and API development, with a strong emphasis on scalable architecture and user experience. The project is based in the United Kingdom, and UK-based freelancers are preferred due to data sensitivity and potential for ongoing collaboration.
Deliverables

• Design and develop a responsive web application for yacht listings and searches
• Build secure APIs to support core marketplace functionalities
• Implement user authentication, profile management, and listing workflows
• Integrate payment processing and messaging features (for future phases)
• Ensure the MVP is scalable and ready for additional features post-launch
• Collaborate on technical documentation and handover processes
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in full stack web development (front-end and back-end)
• Proficiency with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby)
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Experience with database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with secure authentication and data protection best practices
• Ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
