This is a hybrid role with regular visits to client sites near North Bristol and Herefordshire, supporting national security and defence-related programmes.

The Implementation Consultant role:

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll be the linchpin between our customers and our cutting-edge cross-domain platform. Your role is to understand complex use cases, help design effective technical solutions, and guide clients through a secure and smooth implementation process. You'll work directly with stakeholders at all levels, providing both hands-on technical support and strategic guidance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for client onboarding and technical scoping
• Translating customer needs into scoped work packages in collaboration with our Technical Architects
• Managing the lifecycle of customer integrations, from initial setup to decommissioning
• Supporting integration troubleshooting and recommending system improvements
• Contributing to technical and business documentation
• Advising development teams on new features and enhancements

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of networking, software architectures, and integration workflows
• Experience with structured data formats (JSON, XML, CSV)
• Familiarity with synchronous/asynchronous architecture concepts

Desirable:

• Exposure to programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, Go)
• Working knowledge of APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI 3), shell scripting, and AWS
• Experience with CloudFormation templates and AWS administration
• Previous involvement in technical authorship or documentation
