£DOE + Car Allowance

23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 after 2 years)

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We’re on the hunt for a hands-on IT & Telecoms Field Engineer who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

• Installing and configuring IT & Telecoms solutions for business customers
• Onboarding new clients to managed services
• Providing a mix of remote and on-site support
• Planning and running installation projects (from survey to sign-off)
• Advising on solutions and making recommendations
• Keeping tickets and projects updated in our CRM

• Solid knowledge of routers, switches & firewalls
• Experience with IT hardware, cloud, Azure & virtual environments
• Wi-Fi installation/configuration (Ruckus or Ubiquiti/Unifi is a plus)
• Cloud telephony design & implementation
• Good understanding of SIP, broadband & LAN infrastructure
• A confident, customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence

• Microsoft, CCNA or FortiGate certifications
• Experience with VMWare / Hyper-V
• Firewall experience (FortiGate ideal)
• VOIP & project management know-how
