In this role, you’ll handle both IT and telecoms projects, with work that takes you on-site with customers as well as remote delivery. You’ll be hands-on, technically challenged, and trusted to see projects through from planning to handover.

What you’ll be doing:
- Installing & supporting IT networks, hardware, telecoms, and cloud systems
- Delivering on-site project work and onboarding new customers
- Planning, scoping, and managing installs end-to-end
- Working closely with customers and colleagues to get it right first time
- Keeping clear documentation in CRM/ticketing systems
- Spotting opportunities for improvements or extra services
What you’ll bring:
- Strong networking skills (routing, switching, firewall config)
- Experience with Wi-Fi deployments & LAN infrastructure
- Confident with virtualisation and Microsoft cloud
- Working knowledge of SIP, broadband, and hosted telecoms
- Good project management and deadline delivery skills
- Excellent communicator with a practical, customer-first approach
- Full UK driving licence
