Product Manager

We’re Tytl – a fast-growing PropTech platform transforming how the property industry accesses insights and intelligence.

We’re at an exciting inflection point with a fresh brand, a packed roadmap and a growing team.

Our production team is made up of software, data and platform engineers, UX experts, product designers and product creators who genuinely love working together. They ship quality products, support each other constantly and enjoy experimenting.

Now, we’re looking for a Product Operations / Programme Manager to improve our delivery cycles and efficiencies.

THE ROLE

You’ll be the operational engine that turns our product strategy into beautifully shipped products.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and tracking sprint cycles

• Owning the immediate backlog, task estimates and criteria auditing

• Managing roadblocks and resolving conflicts with fast, pragmatic decision-making

• Protecting the team from distractions and implementing efficient processes

As the connector between business, product and production, you’ll work closely with the CPO and CEO to keep the wider strategy on track. You’ll build realistic delivery plans and keep stakeholders in the loop, prioritising trust and collaboration over vanity metrics.

You must be comfortable making smart decisions, quickly.

Triage bugs – decide on urgent fixes, next sprint priorities or backlog items

Assess QA blockers – take pragmatic decisions on final shipping blocks

Escalate the complex issues and solve the rest

ROLE DETAILS

Product Operations / Programme Manager

Full time | Remote + 1 day per week in London office

4+ years’ experience

£50–70k depending on experience

This is a delivery-focused role, not product strategy. You won’t be running discovery, building roadmaps from scratch or setting long-term vision. You’ll be the driving force that brings great plans to reality, shipping high-value products with flair.

DAY TO DAY YOU’LL WORK WITH:

• CTO and the full production team

• Regular check-ins with the CPO and CEO (this is a high-visibility role)

• Weekly updates with the commercial team, including feedback loops and release updates

EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years in project or delivery management, product operations or programme management

• Bonus: experience in PropTech, B2B SaaS or data-heavy software products

• We welcome strong experience from related industries

DETAILS

Salary: £50–70k depending on experience

Remote-first (UK-based required), 1 day per week in London office

Reports to: CPO and CEO

Works day-to-day with: CTO

Start: ASAP
