Kings Langley | Full-Time | Permanent £28,000 – £32,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £35,000+) Monday–Friday | 7:30am – 4:30pm

A fast-growing and highly respected technology and security solutions provider is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join its ambitious team in Kings Langley. What You’ll Be Doing- Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and market research
- Building relationships with prospective clients across commercial sectors
- Booking high-quality appointments for the senior sales team
- Managing and nurturing leads through the CRM system
- Supporting sales presentations and attending client meetings where required
- Working toward clear, achievable KPIs with excellent earning potential
Requirements
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development
- A confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner
- Resilience and motivation in a target-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers
- An interest in technology or technical products would be highly beneficial
