Sales Development Representative
Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Health Tech SaaS | London (Hybrid) | Up to £45K base + OTE £50K
Are you an SDR who wants your outbound work to actually mean something? We're partnering with a fast-growing, London-based health tech SaaS scale-up that's transforming how clinical trials are run — using AI-powered automation to remove the admin burden across the full trial lifecycle.
They're looking for a sharp, curious SDR to help drive their next phase of growth.
The Role
You'll sit at the front of the sales engine — identifying high-value prospects, running smart multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls), qualifying interest, and feeding insight back into the team to sharpen messaging and campaigns. This isn't a script-and-dial role; you'll have a genuine voice in shaping outbound strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Building pipeline through prospecting across modern sales tools and CRM
- Crafting outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn
- Cold calling and qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Following up on marketing campaigns and event activity
- Contributing to pitch decks, one-pagers and outbound content
- Using AI tools to enrich data, personalise outreach, and work smarter
- Keeping HubSpot clean, accurate and useful
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years' SDR experience, ideally in health tech or SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Confident with (or quick to learn) HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack
- Organised, consistent, and able to juggle multiple outreach threads
- Genuinely curious about healthcare, AI and automation
- Comfortable in a fast-moving start-up where things evolve quickly
- A team player who welcomes feedback and brings ideas
What's on offer
- Up to £45,000 base + performance commission (OTE £50K)
- Hybrid working with a flexible, remote-first culture
- 28 days annual leave (inc. statutory)
- Real career growth in a mission-led business
- Direct exposure to founders and senior leadership
- The chance to work on something that genuinely matters — making clinical research faster and more successful
