About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a highly collaborative, fast-moving product team. You’ll work across the entire technology stack designing, building, and scaling both backend systems and frontend interfaces that power a high-impact B2B platform. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to architectural decisions, build new features end to end, and directly shape a product used by modern business development teams.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver well-crafted, scalable software that meets real-world user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend and frontend systems
• Own full-stack features, ensuring seamless integration between services and interfaces
• Collaborate with product and design to craft intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Participate in architectural discussions and help evolve the tech stack
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
• Uphold high standards for security, code quality, and maintainability
• Work in an Agile, startup-paced environment with a cross-functional team

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks preferred)
• Proficiency with modern frontend technologies—React, Next.js, or similar
• Previous hands-on experience building with AI, or a strong interest and mindset for learning and growing your knowledge
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases and data modelling
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Comfortable contributing to CI/CD workflows and DevOps best practices
• Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Startup or scaleup experience is a strong plus
