Having acquired nine businesses over three years and unified them under one brand, we're now at the stage where our partner relationships need to match our ambition. We're looking for a Partner Alliances Manager to own our channel strategy and deepen our position with Salesforce and our broader partner ecosystem.
Purpose of the RoleWe’re looking for a Partner Alliance Manager to own our channel strategy and deepen our position in the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll keep Unaric top of mind with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and SE teams, and proactively surface joint opportunities with SI partners.

About YouYou’re proactive in how you manage relationships - you anticipate where things are going cold and act before they do. You’re accountable for your pipeline and follow through on every commitment. You collaborate closely with internal teams and partners, sharing what you’re hearing openly. And you empower others - running enablement sessions that make Salesforce AEs and SIs genuinely better at selling alongside Unaric.
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture an active pipeline of opportunities and measurable revenue for the Unaric sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and SE teams - proactively present at Salesforce’s London Tower, staying visible and surfacing joint opportunities.
- Run enablement sessions for Salesforce AE/SE teams, empowering them to confidently introduce Unaric into deals.
- Identify and orchestrate co-marketing activity with SI partners to generate co-sell opportunities
- Manage a cadence of pipeline calls and co-selling sessions with SI partners, taking accountability for knowing where Unaric fits in active deals.
- Represent Unaric at Salesforce and ecosystem events - proactively building contacts and following up tenaciously.
- 3–5 years in the Salesforce ecosystem - ex-Salesforce or Alliances professional strongly preferred; SI/ISV backgrounds considered if backed by meaningful Salesforce AE/SE collaboration.
- Strong relationship-builder - personable, confident, able to build genuine rapport from AE to RVP level.
- Commercially aware with tenacity and follow-through - you manage your own calendar, attend the evening events, and keep relationships warm without being told to.
- Comfortable running enablement sessions and presenting to Salesforce teams.
- UK-based; willing to be regularly present at Salesforce’s London office and travel for events.
