Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, curious and solutions-focused problem solver to help transform the way our HR function works. This is not a traditional HR administration role and HR experience is not essential. We’re looking for someone who gets excited about technology, AI, automation, data and finding better ways to do things.
Working closely with our Group Director of HR & Development, you’ll identify inefficiencies, challenge existing processes and introduce practical technology-driven solutions that save time, improve accuracy and enhance the employee experience. If you’re the kind of person who sees a repetitive task and immediately thinks “there must be a better way”, we’d love to hear from you.
This role could suit someone from an IT, Business Systems, Data, Operations, Process Improvement or Digital Transformation background who wants to apply their skills in a people-focused environment. We’ll provide the HR knowledge; you bring the technology mindset.
What you’ll be doing
Over the six months, you’ll play a key role in modernising our HR function by:
Automating and streamlining processes
- Identify manual and repetitive tasks and find opportunities to automate them.
- Build smarter workflows, approvals and digital processes.
- Explore and implement AI tools that improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual intervention.
- Create scalable solutions that save time and improve consistency.
Improving systems, data and reporting
- Maximise the capability of our existing HR systems and technology.
- Improve data quality, reporting and visibility.
- Develop user-friendly digital forms, workflows and self-service solutions.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
- Support system improvements, upgrades and new technology implementation.
Driving digital transformation and continuous improvement
- Challenge “the way we’ve always done it” and identify better approaches.
- Map and redesign processes with efficiency in mind.
- Recommend and implement practical technology solutions.
- Help build a more connected, data-driven and digitally enabled HR function.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What we’re really looking for
You don’t need previous HR experience. We’re much more interested in how you think, solve problems and use technology to make things better.
You’ll bring strong IT and systems skills, a genuine interest in AI, automation and digital transformation, and the ability to learn, configure and optimise software and platforms. You’ll be analytical and naturally curious, with a talent for spotting inefficiencies, understanding data and turning problems into practical solutions.
It would be great if you also have experience in:
- Workflow or process automation
- AI and productivity tools
- Data analysis, reporting, dashboards or BI
- Digital transformation projects
- Process mapping or continuous improvement
- HR systems or employee data
