About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing consumer technology team focused on wearables and cutting-edge hardware products. This role offers the opportunity to shape brand strategy across the EMEA region, working closely with creative, insights, and media teams to deliver bold, integrated consumer campaigns.

You will play a pivotal role in translating consumer insights and cultural trends into breakthrough marketing campaigns that resonate across diverse markets, driving measurable business impact.

This is a senior, strategic, hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has experience working across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead EMEA brand strategy for consumer hardware and wearable products.
  • Build a deep understanding of market trends, customer insights, and cultural nuances across EMEA.
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing briefs and partner with creative teams to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results across digital, social, PR, and retail channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, insights, creative, and media teams across multiple regions.
  • Implement and manage analytics and learning agendas to track marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies, inspiring creativity and alignment with business goals.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy and consumer marketing, preferably in technology, wearables, or hardware.
  • Proven ability to develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA markets and cultural trends, with experience tailoring campaigns across regions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in translating insights into actionable strategies and briefs.
  • Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

Preferred

  • Experience at global consumer technology brands or top creative agencies.
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics retail channels in EMEA.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong creative sense and experience partnering with agencies to deliver standout marketing campaigns.
