About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Planning & Sales Operations Lead to support consumer technology team. This role bridges technical and business functions, driving efficient processes and delivering strategic insights across multiple sales channels. You will partner with cross-functional teams, support product launches, and help optimize workflows using advanced tools, including AI-driven solutions.

This is a high-impact role for a candidate passionate about consumer tech, wearables, augmented reality, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence. You will have the opportunity to shape strategy, streamline operations, and influence decision-making across global initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business planning and operations across consumer sales channels (retail, telco, online)
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Manage global initiatives and support regional teams in delivering scalable projects
  • Support sales teams with forecasting, reporting, and long-term business planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, distribution, and commercial teams to resolve complex business challenges
  • Leverage AI and analytical tools to improve workflows and accelerate decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, business planning, strategy, or corporate strategy
  • Experience in consumer sales channels, preferably retail, telco, or direct-to-consumer
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI)
  • BA/BS degree in an analytical or business-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced analytical degree
  • Experience launching consumer hardware products
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation to drive operational efficiency
  • Experience in fast-paced tech environments
  • International or multicultural work experience
