About the Role

seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs across global teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in program management, and the ability to manage large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

As a TPM, you’ll oversee program definition, planning, execution, and delivery — ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver programs within defined scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.
• Lead strategic planning and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Manage project teams consisting of internal staff, matrixed employees, and contractors.
• Oversee requirements gathering, scope definition, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Drive stakeholder communication across teams and geographical regions.
• Ensure successful delivery of technology and business application solutions.

Skills & Experience

Required:

• Strong technical background (Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline).
• 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in project estimation, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to adapt in fast-changing environments and manage competing priorities.
• Experience managing large-scale programs in multi-platform technology environments.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred:

• Experience in large global technology companies or similar fast-paced environments.
• PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification.
• Advanced degree (MBA or related) a plus.
• Flexible working hours to support collaboration across international teams.
