Tittle - Marketing Manager
Location - London (Hybrid)
Contract - 6+ Months
Pay range - 48-52GBP/hour (Inside IR 35)
This role is highly execution-focused and requires a hands-on marketing professional with strong expertise in B2B field marketing, event management, campaign execution, and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, and Communications teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives across EMEA markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of regional and global marketing programs, including customer events, executive roundtables, webinars, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including events, digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage speaker programs, event logistics, attendee engagement, and post-event activation activities.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets and campaign execution.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within business messaging, conversational commerce, and AI-driven customer engagement.
- Support budget tracking, vendor management, and invoice processing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B Field Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, or Integrated Marketing within a technology, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environment.
- Proven experience planning and executing customer events, conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, and field marketing programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Agency partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and reporting on results.
