What You'll Bring: Extensive Business Analysis experience within Financial Services. Proven ability to engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.

Expertise in requirements gathering, process modelling, workshop facilitation, and solution design.

Salesforce experience with a strong understanding of customer engagement platforms and data-driven solutions.

Experience supporting large-scale business, technology, and operating model transformation programmes.

Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Nice to have:

Salesforce Platform Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud certifications.

Asset Management, Wealth Management, or broader Financial Services experience.

Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
