Senior Project Manager - Retail Domain

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Retail systems, processes, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple retail-focused projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, robust stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar project delivery tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of retail domain projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure with a structured and disciplined approach.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners, and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and leadership, ensuring transparency on project status and dependencies.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, sprint management, work item monitoring, and delivery governance.
• Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
• Foster continuous improvement in project management practices and contribute to process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within the Retail domain, managing medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in retail-focused systems and processes, including:
• Retail Master Data / Product Management
• Ordering & Inventory Management
• Fulfilment and Replenishment
• Range and Space Planning
• Sales Order (SO) systems supporting supply chain operations
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing cross-functional and technology-led projects.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for project management, delivery tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high-quality delivery.
