We are looking for a skilled Unified Communication and Collaboration Engineer to manage and secure our email, messaging, and collaboration platforms with our CIS team in London. You’ll work across Exchange (On-Prem and Online), Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and key Microsoft 365 tools to keep our environment running smoothly, securely, and in line with compliance standards.

The Role:

• Manage Exchange On-Prem and Online in a hybrid setup.
• Administer email gateways and Mimecast for security and compliance.
• Automate tasks and manage environments using Exchange PowerShell.
• Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Maintain shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and email permissions.
• Administer OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Support enterprise content sharing and process automation.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), Azure AD (AAD), and Entra ID.
• Set up and maintain Conditional Access policies and RBAC for secure authentication.
• Support DNS and DHCP services for connectivity
• Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management
• Enforce security policies for corporate and BYOD devices
• Ensure system availability, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS)
• Troubleshoot messaging and collaboration issues
• Support disaster recovery and backup for communication services.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years in Unified Communications, Collaboration, or Messaging.
• Deep knowledge of Exchange (On-Prem and Online), Office 365, and Email Security.
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Conditional Access, DNS, and DHCP.
• Expertise in managing Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).
• Hands-on Intune experience for endpoint security

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
