Extensive experience directing large-scale platform and data migration transformations, including SAS environments. Able to govern option analysis, target-state direction, roadmap development, environment readiness, testing, parallel running, cutover, back-out planning and decommissioning across multiple programmes or workstreams.

Deep understanding of SAS migration dependencies, including code remediation, data lineage, reconciliation, control requirements, operational readiness and post-migration assurance. Able to challenge technical proposals, assess trade-offs and make informed enterprise-level delivery, investment and risk decisions.

Significant experience leading complex, enterprise-wide technology transformations across multiple business areas, platforms and geographies, with accountability for overall transformation outcomes rather than only individual project or workstream delivery.

Extensive experience delivering complex change within regulated financial institutions, with a strong understanding of risk management, security, controls, operations, audit and regulatory expectations. Able to govern risk acceptance, exceptions and remediation at transformation level.

Experience owning or contributing to investment cases, financial forecasts, resource strategies, delivery capacity and enterprise prioritisation decisions across a significant transformation portfolio. Able to recommend funding, sequencing and resource reallocations based on value, cost, risk, capacity and benefits.

Proven ability to lead, coach and develop Programme Managers, programme professionals and senior delivery leaders, strengthening governance, delivery standards, change capability and consistent ways of working across a transformation portfolio.

Able to translate enterprise strategy into executable transformation roadmaps, balance competing priorities and make sound decisions on scope, sequencing, investment, risk, capacity and benefits in a complex environment.

Extensive experience applying Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery approaches across programme, portfolio and product environments, selecting the appropriate approach for the scale, complexity, risk and regulatory context. Agile certifications, such as SAFe, are advantageous.

Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with the credibility to engage effectively from Executive Committee and Managing Director level through to Programme Managers, technical specialists and analysts.

Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex strategic, technical, commercial, financial and risk matters clearly and credibly to diverse audiences.
