Kinaxis Maestro Config Engineer

Kinaxis Maestro Config Engineer duties:

• Root cause & fix or escalate Maestro solution defects.
• Configure/author Maestro in line with allocated backlog items.
• Conduct testing/peer testing work.
• Maintain solution documentation.
• Share solution knowledge across the delivery team & users.
• Update data model (eg, create new tables/fields, raise support tickets to apply data model changes (stick to standard and do not customise).
