We are looking for a Business Architect (9-12 years overall experience) who can provide cross-track business architecture leadership across complex delivery programs. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment between business objectives, policy intent, and solution delivery while maintaining a consistent and coherent business vision across multiple workstreams. This role requires strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across business, product, and technical teams to ensure traceability from business capabilities and processes through to system and delivery outcomes.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience working as a Business Architect or Enterprise Business Analyst within large, complex, multi-track programs.
- Proven ability to define and maintain end-to-end business architecture, including business capabilities, process models, and value flows.
- Strong experience translating business goals, policy intent, and requirements into structured, consumable inputs for delivery teams.
- Converting strategic goals into epics, features, and business requirements
- Enterprise-level business capability modeling and decomposition
- Strong experience with BIZBOK‐aligned business architecture practices
Process Skills:
- Define and maintain a consistent end-to-end business architecture across all delivery tracks to support coherent solution delivery.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, policies, processes, and system capabilities across workstreams.
- Identify, manage, and communicate cross-track business dependencies, impacts, overlaps, and priorities.
- Establish and maintain common business models, capability maps, process standards, and architectural artefacts.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to support effective decision-making and delivery alignment.
