Business Change Manager

As we continue our ambitious growth journey, we're looking for a Business Change Manager (Maternity Cover) to support the successful delivery and adoption of business and technology change initiatives across the organisation.
About the Role
As a Business Change Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring change initiatives are delivered successfully while maintaining continuity across existing projects during this maternity cover period. Working closely with project teams, stakeholders and third-party suppliers, you'll provide hands-on project coordination, change management, business analysis and governance support to help deliver lasting business outcomes.
This is a varied and highly collaborative role where you'll bring structure, pace and clarity to change activity, ensuring projects are well managed, stakeholders remain engaged and change is successfully embedded across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and coordinate business change projects from initiation through to successful delivery and transition into BAU.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions, milestones and governance documentation.
- Support effective handovers, ensuring project status, risks, decisions and dependencies are clearly documented.
- Produce project updates, Steering Committee packs, governance reports and decision papers for senior stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and adoption activities.
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements and document current and future-state processes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve business processes.
- Coordinate testing activities, including UAT planning, defect management and business acceptance.
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to manage delivery, dependencies and issue resolution.
- Apply project and change governance standards while continuously identifying opportunities to improve ways of working.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering business and technology change projects across IT, Operations, HR, Finance or wider transformation programmes.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, reporting and RAID management.
- Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and process mapping.
- Knowledge of change management, business readiness and adoption activities.
- Experience coordinating testing, UAT and transition into BAU.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills.
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci or ADKAR.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Project for the Web, Microsoft Copilot or AI-enabled productivity tools.
