The Role

As Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Directors focused on acquiring new customers, growing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes across the Corporate market.

You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, coaching and mentoring your team, and ensuring the delivery of ambitious revenue and profitability targets.

Working closely with our vendor partners, specialist sales teams, pre-sales consultants and delivery functions, you'll help customers unlock value through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing Corporate Sales team.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives profitable growth.
  • Support the acquisition of new customers while maximising opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
  • Partner with Microsoft, AWS, Cisco and other strategic vendors to drive joint success.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health and team performance against targets.
  • Support complex customer engagements and strategic opportunities.
  • Attract, develop and retain top sales talent.

What We're Looking For
