As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to help our customers maximise the value of their Microsoft investments while supporting their security, compliance, and digital transformation goals.
The Opportunity
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers, helping them realise measurable business value from Microsoft technologies. You'll work closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to drive adoption, improve outcomes, strengthen governance, and support cyber resilience initiatives.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you'll collaborate with specialists across Microsoft, Cloud, Data, and Cyber Security practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences and long-term success.
What You'll Be Doing
• Building trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Developing and executing Customer Success Plans aligned to business objectives
• Driving adoption and value realisation across Microsoft solutions
• Leading governance reviews and strategic customer engagements
• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, compliance, security, and operational efficiency
• Supporting customers on their digital transformation and cyber security journeys
• Collaborating with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Identifying opportunities for additional consultancy and professional services engagements
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Engagement, or a similar customer-facing role
✔ Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
✔ Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
✔ Passion for helping customers achieve measurable outcomes
Desirable experience includes exposure to Microsoft Security solutions, compliance and governance initiatives, cyber security programmes, and Microsoft-funded engagements.
