KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our Business operations function, supporting the delivery of projects across Business Systems, Business Intelligence and ServiceNow teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can drive structure, focus and delivery across multiple initiatives. You’ll play a key part in enabling our teams to work efficiently while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and in alignment with business goals.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Act as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating stand ups, sprint planning etc and promoting agile best practices.
- Assist in overseeing and managing project timelines, milestones, resource planning, risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Team Leads, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements, realistic planning and focused delivery.
- Track and report on progress, escalating risks and blockers early while providing regular updates to senior leadership..
- Maintain and improve project management standards, tools and documentation across all teams.
- Assist with capacity planning and prioritisation to balance team workloads and business demands.
- Support alignment between Business Systems (D365), Business Intelligence (Power BI) and ServiceNow Initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning and open communication within and across teams.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and / or Project Manager with technical or IT environments
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams across different business domains.
- Ability to adapt between structured project delivery and flexible, iterative approaches depending on team and project needs.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Dynamics 365, Power BI and ServiceNow is a plus
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
