We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI-driven B2B demand generation company that’s redefining how enterprises build pipeline and engage buyers.
By combining AI, data intelligence, and demand generation expertise, they help global B2B organisations identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects faster and more effectively.
Following recent investment and rapid global expansion, the business is scaling its commercial team and looking for an Account Director (EMEA) to drive new revenue and strategic growth across the region.
This is a high-impact role in a high-growth environment, ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales role within B2B marketing, demand generation, or SaaS solutions.
The Role
As Account Director for EMEA, you’ll be responsible for building pipeline, closing new business, and developing strategic client relationships across the region.
You’ll work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to help enterprise clients solve complex go-to-market challenges using innovative demand generation solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new business development and revenue growth across the EMEA territory
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Selling B2B demand generation and pipeline growth solutions to senior marketing and revenue leaders
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Developing long-term client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client success
- Contributing to sales strategy and market expansion initiatives
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling B2B demand generation, marketing services, or SaaS solutions
- Strong new business development and consultative sales skills
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market client relationships
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a commercial and growth mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
