Base up to £100,000 – £120,000 Base + Double OTE (Uncapped) + RSUs / Equity Stake

The Opportunity
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will take ownership of a premium, lucrative territory across the UK & Ireland. You will lead high-value, complex sales cycles targeting top-tier brands within retail, travel, and finance, while actively breaking new ground into the telco and utilities sectors.
- Deal Mechanics: You will be driving net new enterprise business, managing an 80% new business split with average order values (AOV) of 200k+.
- Support System: You aren't hunting alone. You will be backed by elite sales enablement, dedicated BDR support, specialized data research teams, and sophisticated demand-generation marketing.
- The Culture: This is a process-driven, playbook-led sales environment. You will join an office of roughly 40 people in London (globally 1000+) combining the agility and close knit feel of a local team with the financial backing and prestige of a global market leader.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively source, navigate, and close net new enterprise opportunities within your territory.
- Own complex, value-based sales cycles from initial prospecting and running deep RFPs, through to delivering world-class solution demos to CMOs and procurement.
- Utilize structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) to map complex enterprise accounts, identify economic buyers, and build iron-clad internal champions.
Requirements:
- A true, modern SaaS hunter with a growth mindset. They're are looking for highly structured individuals who have been trained in a rigorous, playbook-led sales environment.
- 3+ years of dedicated Enterprise SaaS closing experience , selling MarTech (ideally influencer or creator marketing) or AdTech directly into CMOs and marketing leadership at enterprise brands
- Strong execution of MEDDPICC or value-based selling frameworks. You must be able to demonstrate how you structurally qualify deals and run complex RFPs.
- A proven history of over-achieving quota, ideally sitting in the top 10–20% of your current company.
