With a strong product focus and rapid scaling plans, the team is building robust, high performance systems that enable personalised customer engagement at scale.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can work both independently and as part of a team who is solution-driven, capable and shows initiative and leadership skills to be suggest ideas and answers to solutions for client problems.

The idea candidate will be a solution-driven, show high-levels of initiative and also be a great communicator in terms both orally and in writing (process documentation, etc).

Key Skills and Capabilities:

• Strong experience building full stack applications across frontend and backend environments

• Proficiency in modern languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python and TypeScript with clean, maintainable coding practices

• Experience designing and consuming APIs, building scalable services and integrating frontend interfaces

• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS, alongside containerisation tools such as Docker

• Experience working with databases including Postgres and Redis, plus data pipeline or event driven systems

• Familiarity with CI CD workflows and modern development tooling such as GitHub Actions

• Ability to collaborate cross functionally with product, design and commercial teams to deliver end to end features

• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, security and observability best practice
