A leading global performance advertising business is looking for an experienced HR Director to join its Enterprise Sales leadership team across EMEA. Operating at scale across international markets, the organisation is known for its data driven approach, strong commercial focus, and continued investment in both technology and talent.
This is a senior, high impact role where you will shape and deliver the people strategy for a critical revenue generating function. Partnering closely with senior commercial leaders, you will influence organisational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning, ensuring people decisions are aligned to business goals and growth ambitions.
You will operate as a true business partner, staying close to the day to day realities of a fast paced sales environment while providing clear, pragmatic guidance on performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness. Alongside this, you will bring a regional perspective, identifying themes and risks across EMEA, advising on employee relations matters, and ensuring alignment with local legislation and global frameworks.
The role also requires strong collaboration across the wider HR function, working with shared services and global counterparts to drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement. In addition, you will lead and develop a small team, fostering a culture that reflects the organisation’s values: commercially minded, people focused, and solutions driven.
Requirements & Experience:
- Proven experience operating as a senior HR Business Partner or HR Director within a complex, matrixed, and fast paced organisation
- Deep understanding of EMEA employment law, employee relations, and regional cultural nuance
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect people decisions directly to business performance and outcomes
- Experience supporting sales or revenue generating teams, with an appreciation for pace, targets, and evolving structures
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands on, remaining close to day to day business challenges while shaping longer term direction
- Highly credible communicator with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Data led in approach, using insight and analytics to inform decision making, balanced with sound judgement and practical thinking
- Curious about emerging technologies, particularly AI, with an interest in how it can enhance people practices and decision making
- Experience within AdTech, media, or a related digital ecosystem is advantageous
