A fast-growing video/adtech business is looking to hire a Sales Manager to help drive agency revenue across the UK market.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with a few years under their belt who wants more ownership, more commercial responsibility, and a chance to step into a business where good sellers can make a real impact. The role is not about inheriting a comfortable patch and keeping it warm. It is about building relationships, creating momentum, and converting opportunity.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning and growing relationships across a defined agency patch
- Delivering against revenue targets and building pipeline consistently
- Working across planning, buying, programmatic, AV, and digital teams
- Leading meetings, pitches, proposals, and commercial follow-up
- Identifying new routes into agencies and growing account penetration
- Staying close to pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression
What they’re looking for
- 2–5 years’ experience in media sales, adtech sales, or agency-facing commercial roles
- Comfortable owning a number and being measured against it
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building instincts
- Someone proactive, resilient, and organised
- A seller who wants to be out in market and visible, not half-remote and detached
