A global video platform is looking for a Sales Manager to join its London commercial team. Sitting within the Global Business team, this role will focus on driving revenue growth across media agencies, advertisers, trading desks and other relevant demand partners. It is a great opportunity for a commercially driven media sales professional who understands the online video advertising landscape, enjoys building senior relationships, and can turn agency and advertiser conversations into measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across agencies, advertisers, trading desks and other demand sources.

• Support the definition and delivery of the sales strategy for agencies and advertisers.

• Manage, evaluate and grow existing partnerships, with a clear focus on efficiency, performance and return on investment.

• Prospect, negotiate and progress new commercial partnerships through to senior approval and signature.

• Manage sales activity across your own portfolio, building a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue.

• Provide market analysis and identify key players within the video advertising market.

• Contribute to larger strategic partnerships across ad operations, content and programmatic.

• Own regular reporting and forecasting, including monthly revenue performance and wider commercial updates.

Experience required

• At least 4 years of experience in the online media industry.

• Previous experience within an advertising sales house, media owner, video platform, publisher or relevant ad tech business.

• Strong understanding of agency and advertiser sales.

• Existing contacts across major media agency groups, with Publicis contacts preferred.

• Confident managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation, forecasting and account growth.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert new revenue opportunities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with agencies, advertisers and internal stakeholders.

• High attention to detail, strong organisation and genuine tenacity.

• Professional level of English.
