Sales Manager – Video / Programmatic
Sales Manager – Video / Programmatic / Digital Media
London | Hybrid | £80,000 base + £40,000–£48,000 bonus
Some sales roles are about inheriting a patch. This one is about building one.
This is an opportunity to join a lean, ambitious advertising technology business with a strong product, a clear market opportunity, and real appetite to grow its UK commercial footprint.
The company sits at the intersection of video, programmatic, content and digital media. They already have credibility in market, but they are now looking for a commercially sharp Sales Manager who can open doors, create revenue and turn relationships into meaningful partnerships.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect black book. Publicis relationships would be useful, but this is not a narrow agency-only brief. The business is open to someone who can find revenue across independent agencies, client-direct relationships, trading teams, planners, buyers and wider digital decision-makers.
This will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, is comfortable in a lean team, and wants to be judged on impact rather than internal politics. You will need to be proactive, commercially mature and confident enough to shape conversations with agencies and brands, not just respond to briefs.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for building and growing revenue across the UK market, identifying new commercial opportunities and developing senior relationships across agencies, independents and direct advertisers.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opening conversations through to pitching, negotiation, closing and long-term account growth. You will work closely with internal teams to position the product clearly, bring market feedback back into the business, and help shape how the company scales its UK presence.
What they are looking for
The right person will have experience selling digital media, programmatic, video, CTV, data, content, publisher or advertising technology solutions.
You should have a track record of opening new business, growing agency or brand relationships, and creating revenue in a competitive media market. Strong contacts across Publicis would be a plus, but experience with independent agencies or client-direct revenue is equally relevant.
This is best suited to someone who is hungry, credible and commercially switched on. Someone who wants ownership, not layers of management.
