Up to £65k base + 20% OTE

Hybrid - 2-3 days in London office

The Role

  • This is technical senior CS role so you'll be helping a lot of technical conversations and usage (they have a tech team so you don't need to be able to code, but it could help)
  • It also entail other classic CS work like onboarding new clients, managing the day2day, QBRs, renewals and upselling
  • Working with c.30 accounts, 1-2m BoB
  • Working closely with data and finance teams

Requirements

  • You must have at least 3+ years SaaS Customer Success experience - ideally closer to 5-6 years
  • You must be technical and have a great understanding of of data/AI
  • You must also come from a data heavy SaaS solution
  • Interest in data & AI
  • Can come into the London office 3 days a week
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
