Global Managing Director

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS ON REVENUE SHARE ONLY INITIALLY

The role

The Global MD will be responsible for all global business operations driving the company to growth and higher profitability. He/She will hold fully P&L globally covering new build, maintenance and the sales function and.be in charge of the short to medium strategy implementation improving operational delivery across the region enhancing turnover, margins and market share. The location is London but the work can be carried out remotely initially.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong and solid management consultancy background coming from key consulting firms. He/she is a high caliber director with a first class degree. He/she is a leader in innovation and creativity as well as the ability to form strong partnerships and productive working relationships. The person needs to have the ability influence and motivate people at all levels and a strong commitment. He/she is a skilled advocate and negotiator having the communication skills to drive change. With a strong focus on the customer, the person will understand how Ultimech can meet the needs of its staff, customers and stakeholders.

On a personal level, the candidate will have the following:

Technology degree and/or MBA

5+ years as MD or similar role

10+ years experience in business management consultancy

Have consultancy background and worked for tier1 consulting firms

Digital transformation experience with strong knowledge of BPM and AI, Robotics and machine learning

Superior strategy and financial skills

Strong leadership capabilities

Great business development and sales records

Impact and Impression. Has a strong personality and natural confidence. Easily connects with others and puts them at their ease. Has a natural confidence.

Communication. Has excellent listening and communication skills. Will communicate with passion, energy and excitement.

Fluent in written and spoken English
