Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-discipline technology projects, including Audio Visual (AV), Passive & Active IT infrastructure.

About Uncoded:

Uncoded is a technology consultancy dedicated to guiding clients through the visioning, design, delivery, and support of technology solutions within the commercial real estate sector. We are always on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and take full accountability and ownership for the successful delivery of multi-disciplined frameworks.
  • Independently manage all project escalations, risks, and commercial impacts without reliance on senior oversight.
  • Drive structured, process-led project execution while maintaining flexibility to respond to change.
  • Develop and manage detailed project budgets, cost trackers, and programmes, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive financial management.
  • Ensure adherence to internal design and delivery standards, driving quality assurance across all outputs prior to client sign-off.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation using project management platforms (e.g., Wrike, SharePoint, Microsoft suite).
  • Produce and lead regular daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with internal delivery frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and project governance forums.
  • Manage expectations at C-suite level, providing clear, confident reporting on programme, budget, and risk.
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, operating as a trusted advisor rather than a reactive delivery manager.
  • Work strategically with clients to anticipate risks, shape delivery decisions, and influence outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong technical understanding across AV systems and IT infrastructure (AV technologies, cabling, network integration, rack design, Comms Room environment etc.).
  • Interpret and work confidently with CAD drawings, technical schematics, and design documentation (Bluebeam/CAD desirable).
  • Review, interrogate, and challenge technical drawings, schematics, and integrator submissions. Ensuring all technical designs align with functional intent, user experience, and long-term maintainability.
  • Confidently challenge clients and third-party contractors where technical decisions may compromise quality, programme, or performance.
  • Monitor contractor performance against scope, cost, and timeline commitments and holding them accountable for delivery standards.
  • Validate installation quality and technical compliance.

Key Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary technology-related projects, within AV and IT.
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and contractors.
  • Ability to interpret and work with technical schematics and drawings.
  • Experience with CAD/Bluebeam is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the technology delivery process, particularly across Audio Visual and Infrastructure Technology projects.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g. Wrike, Microsoft Project, Asana).
