Associate Director of Data & Digital
Associate Director of Data & Digital – Build a Truly Data-Led Charity
National Deaf Children’s Society | Circa £70,000–£80,000 | Fully Remote
If you're looking for a senior data role where you can genuinely shape how an organisation uses data at a strategic level - this is one worth your time.
The National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS) is a mission-led charity supporting deaf children and their families across the UK. They’ve invested in digital and data, but there’s a clear opportunity ahead: 👉 becoming truly data-led, not just in ambition, but in practice.
They’re now hiring an Associate Director of Data & Digital (Chapter Lead - Digitise) to lead that shift. This is a key leadership role with the chance to define how data supports decision-making, impact measurement, and organisational strategy.
This isn’t about building dashboards, it’s about shaping how data drives the business!
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and trustees, helping define what “good” looks like for data across the organisation, from ownership and governance through to how it informs real-world outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and deliver the organisation’s data strategy
- Embed data and digital as key strategic enablers
- Define data ownership, governance, and best practice
- Lead major data-driven transformation projects
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business strategy
They’re looking for a true data leader, someone who understands the technical landscape but is equally strong influencing at a senior level and driving change across a business.
If you want a role with real ownership, senior visibility, and the chance to shape how a national charity uses data to improve lives, this is well worth a conversation.
