We're looking for an experienced BI Lead to join a well-established charity during an exciting period of digital transformation. This is a key role in shaping how data is reported and used across the organisation, helping to drive a truly data-informed culture and ensuring insights influence decisions at every level.

As the technical lead for business intelligence, you'll take ownership of the charity's Power BI environment, designing, developing, and optimising dashboards and reporting solutions that make data accessible and meaningful. You'll oversee the full BI lifecycle, ensure robust data governance, and support colleagues in building their own reporting capabilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines technical Power BI expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You'll modernise the charity's reporting landscape, champion best practice, and deliver insights that directly contribute to its mission and impact.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience developing and managing Power BI dashboards and data models
• Strong understanding of DAX, SQL, and data governance principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience mentoring others and driving BI best practice

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Location: Remote or hybrid (UK-based)
