Join a reputable company as a skilled C++ developer on a 12-month FTC (with the potential for extension of up to another year). You’ll be part of a team building a high-performance market data platform, processing and distributing enormous volumes of real-time financial data to both internal systems and external clients. Handling billions of messages daily from direct exchange connections, this role requires strong engineering expertise to maintain efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Optimise systems responsible for the global delivery and storage of massive real-time data streams.

🚀 Diagnose and resolve live client issues to ensure smooth data processing and distribution.

🛠 Continuously improve system architecture to support growth in an expanding market.

Requirements:

⚡ Strong C++ development experience in a server-side environment (C++11 required)

🔧 Proficiency with STL and Boost for efficient programming

🎓 Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

🖥 Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience
