The mission

Build and scale the platform that helps financial institutions and investigators make sense of on-chain activity. Turn petabytes of multi-chain data into high-signal risk insights, KYT workflows, and investigator tooling. Real customers, eight to nine figure pipeline, recent strategic investment, strong pull to scale.

What you will do

  • Own engineering strategy and delivery across data, platform, and product
  • Define the multi-chain data architecture and reliability roadmap end to end
  • Scale ingestion and indexing for 30+ blockchains, including high-throughput chains
  • Operate a secure fleet of full nodes and indexers with clear SLAs and cost controls
  • Set SLOs, observability, incident management, and make on call boring
  • Build and lead six plus squads. Org design, hiring, mentoring, standards, and SDLC
  • Partner with product, compliance, and customers to turn outcomes into roadmap and measurable value
  • Raise the bar on security, privacy, and change control for enterprise buyers without killing speed
  • Explore applied AI to improve clustering, attribution, and alert quality

What you will bring

  • Track record leading engineering in data platform or fintech scale-ups to roughly 0 to 10m ARR and beyond
  • Depth in distributed systems and data. You have shipped enterprise grade platforms, not only features
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and set culture in small, high ownership teams
  • Clear communication, product instincts, and comfort meeting users and enterprise stakeholders
  • Nice to have. Running blockchain nodes and indexers, Solana or EVM depth, workflow engines, authorization models, or knowledge graphs
