Data Migration Analyst

Data Migration Analyst - Fundraising CRM £500/day | Outside IR35 | Remote | 3 months+

We're kicking off a major CRM transformation for a leading UK charity and need an experienced Data Migration Analyst to take the lead on preparing our data for the move.

You'll be the go-to person for profiling, cleansing, and mapping complex fundraising, donor, volunteer, and Gift Aid datasets, making sure everything is migration-ready for Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. This is your chance to own the pre-migration phase and set the programme up for success.

As the Data Migration Analyst you will bring:

• Proven experience delivering CRM data migrations (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce)
• Strong SQL & data profiling skills
• Background in charity/fundraising data
• Confident in mapping, cleansing, and defining business rules
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders\
