Senior DevOps Engineer – Series A GenAI Security Scale-up

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 (DOE) + equity + benefits

Hybrid: 3 days/week in Central London office (Kings Cross/Covent Garden area)

A Series A, high-growth cybersecurity scale-up (~40 employees) is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their mission of helping companies adopt Generative AI safely and securely. They are building a developer-first platform that enables data protection without complexity - redefining security for the GenAI era.

This is a rare chance to join at a pivotal time as they scale their infrastructure across regions, including a full US AWS deployment. You'll be joining a small but highly capable engineering team where your impact will be significant from day one.

They are looking for a DevOps Engineer with the following:

• Senior hands-on DevOps experience
• Strong AWS expertise including ECS, auto-scaling and multi-region architecture
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Experience with secrets management and developer tooling (e.g. GitLab CI/CD)
• Background in fast-paced environments – scale-ups or consultancies preferred
• Nice to have: Kubernetes experience and a developer background

Tech: AWS, Terraform, ECS, GitLab, Secrets Management, Kubernetes (bonus)
