Our client is a fast-growing technology company building enterprise-grade software that enables institutions to operate securely within the crypto ecosystem. The business bridges established financial services and on-chain technologies, supporting regulated organisations as they adopt and scale digital-asset operations.
The company works with a large and growing base of enterprise customers, including financial institutions and public-sector organisations. With engineering teams distributed across Europe and the US, and London positioned as a key growth hub, the organisation is continuing to scale at pace.
As part of this growth, we’re exclusively supporting them in hiring three Engineering Managers.

- Own delivery, execution, and overall team performance
- Drive improvements in engineering process, delivery predictability, and quality
- Manage complex people challenges, including performance management and team development
- Partner closely with technical leadership on planning, prioritisation, and execution
- Contribute to hiring strategy, interview processes, and onboarding as the organisation scales
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across engineering teams

- Experience managing senior engineers, hands-on ICs, and Tech Leads
- Demonstrated ability to improve team performance and delivery
- Experience working in cloud-native environments

The engineering organisation primarily works with Rust and TypeScript, alongside modern cloud infrastructure and tooling. Direct expertise in these technologies is not required; however, candidates should be comfortable leading teams operating in a modern, backend-focused, cloud-native environment and engaging credibly with senior, hands-on engineers.
This role requires a minimum of one day per week in the London office to support collaboration and effective team leadership.
