They're now hiring a Head of Data & Insight to lead that next phase. This isn't a blank sheet of paper, there's a clear direction and groundwork in place, but there's huge scope to shape the strategy, improve governance, and build a more insight-led function.

You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shifting the organisation from reporting numbers to delivering meaningful insight that drives action.
